At UrbanGlow Auto Care, we are committed to providing high-quality doorstep car wash and detailing services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment for our services.
As our services are labor-based and scheduled according to customer appointments, all completed services are non-refundable.
Once a service has been successfully delivered, no refund request will be accepted.
Customer satisfaction concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
All subscription plans become non-refundable once activated.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Partially used subscription plans
Missed or unused washes
Early cancellation by the customer
Change of mind after subscription activation
Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Payment was successfully deducted, but the service was not provided.
Duplicate payment was made due to a technical or system error.
Incorrect amount was charged because of a payment processing issue.
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
No-shows or unavailable vehicles at the scheduled service time are not eligible for refunds.
Repeated cancellations may result in suspension of services without any refund entitlement.
UrbanGlow Auto Care reserves the right to review each refund request individually. All decisions regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
